游戏目的是尽量射爆所有气球，给跑掉一个扣一条生命，全部生命扣完则游戏结束。Bloons 2共分三个难度：Easy(容易)生命100条，Med(中等)生命75条，Hard(困难)生命50条。

开始时先点选右上方你想购买的炮塔，点选后移到你想放置的地方再按一下。射破汽球可得到金钱，足够金钱后可选择升级炮塔或再买新的塔。售出炮塔能得回购买所用之额的百分之八十。打完一关按右下"Start Round"开始下一关。
